  • SMS and messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, etc.)
  • Social media (unwanted direct messages or excessive promotional tagging)
  • Automated bots and scrapers for mass messaging
  • Any other unsolicited digital or physical outreach
     

3. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly forbidden when promoting Cend North America:

  • Sending unsolicited emails or messages to individuals or businesses who have not opted in or provided consent.
  • Purchasing or using third-party email lists for marketing purposes.
  • Posting excessive or misleading promotional content on forums, social media groups, or comment sections.
  • Using automation tools to send bulk messages without recipient consent.
  • Misrepresenting our company, products, or services in any form of outreach.
     

4. Compliance

Failure to comply with this policy may result in:

  • Internal disciplinary action, including termination for employees.
  • Termination of contracts with third-party vendors or affiliates.
  • Legal liability, including fines or lawsuits resulting from violations of applicable laws.
     

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this policy, report it immediately to Cend HR.
