what to expect when

moving your vehicle

Inclusions & critical details

What’s included: Your door-to-door transport comes with all taxes, fees, and insurance coverage built right in—no hidden costs, just total peace of mind from pick-up to delivery.

Requirements: For a smooth journey, standard quotes are based on vehicles that are in running condition, have no post-factory modifications, and offer at least five inches of ground clearance for safe open carrier transport.

Pickup timing: Your quote includes a 3-day pickup window. We’ll notify you at least one business day before your scheduled pickup date—so if your pickup spread is Tuesday through Thursday, you might hear from us on Monday to confirm a Tuesday pickup, or on Wednesday for a Thursday pickup. Need a guaranteed pickup date? We’ve got you covered—just ask about this option when we connect about your quote.

100lb limit: For security (and to follow federal law), vehicles being transported can’t carry more than 100 pounds of personal items. If you do need to stow a few things, we recommend keeping them tucked safely out of sight—in your trunk, glovebox, or hidden under a blanket.

Legal stuff & important info

Payment terms: After going through the steps to get your online estimate, we’ll be in touch within one business day to get a few more details and then send you a personalized quote. When you’re ready to book, we’ll securely collect your payment details as you sign your quote. For a hassle-free experience, we’ll automatically charge the full quoted amount to your card three business days before your scheduled pickup—no extra steps needed on your end.

Cancelation policy: We know plans can change. Just please know that if you need to cancel within 48 hours of your service date, up to 50% of your payment may be retained. For schedule changes made with less than one business day’s notice, a service attempt fee will apply.
